Stress is the cause of 93% of all doctor visits and it the cause of chronic disease or makes it them worse. Stress makes our immune system shrink  and stress  doesn't only affect our health it also hurts our relationships. Not to mention when we get stressed we have less memory. 

There are times  when we become overwhelmed, sad , anxious  or angry but their are techniques that can make life easier.  Sometimes breathing differently, being mindful or visualizing what you want rather that what you don't want. My favorite way to change a habit, or gain a new perspective is self-hypnosis.

Metaphysical

​Metaphysical is about those  things that can't be measured.  But just because they can't be measured doesn't mean they can't help us make sense in our lives. These teachings have been around since ancient times. For me I started to discover how reality changes from person to person in high school when I started to read Shakespeare. He talks about how fantasy and reality are often confused and interwoven. Then I found the Christian mystic Edgar Casey and I wanted to know more about how the brain worked, how was he able to diagnose illness without being a doctor or doing a physical examination. In my 20's I became a hypnotist. At that time everything was considered fantasy because we did not have the ability to study the brain like we do now. Many people believed I was a witch and a very fundamental church conducted a exorcism for me. 

​How many of the things I write about in this section will become reality as they become more understood.  All I am sure of is I may not be able to understand the reasons these things work but I have seen the evidence that they do!
