 Our passion is to help people become more resilient. When you are resilient you are able to thrive in whatever situation life has to offer. Everything that we do is based on the medicine wheel. All aspects of the wheel are important and each of us are at our best when we strive for balance in mind, body,spirit and relationships. Every program we teach has objectives in each area of the wheel. Along with classes, the three of us offer hypnotherapy, emotional freedom technique [EFT], yoga, relationship coaching, sports nutrition and creative art and sewing classes.
