I have decided to create a class that will show you yoga for specific issues that you can use on a daily basis. I don’t know if I love yoga as much as I think I do, or if it is the group of yogi’s that get together every Wednesday night or Tuesday morning. I do know they are an amazing bunch of woman and sometimes a man or two. Some changed what was a health concern, some got more self-confidence or reshaped their body. This comes from using yoga as a medicine. Yoga is good!
