Everything has a vibration. As long as something is intact it has a vibration, an energy. When we are resilient and healthy our energy is strong and radiates from our body. Our body is always working to re-balance itself, to be in homeostasis. When the energies are stressed for too long it becomes harder to balance. Yoga especially an energy yoga class or can help you balance those vibrations.
Vibrations are more that just about our physical body. There are also emotional vibrations. The lowest vibrations are shame, blame and guilt and they are very hurtful to our body. the highest vibrations are joy, love and peace.
We can raise our vibrations when we laugh, are grateful and kind.
Our vibrations are also a part of manifesting the dream we have for our life.
