Yoga
Yoga means "union" the union of your mind, body and spirit. It is one of the oldest known ways to maintain your health. Yoga does this with breath work, poses, imagery, and progressive relaxation. Yoga works by staying in the present moment, also called mindfulness. It is a wonderful practice to prevent and manage stress-related chronic health problems.
