Stress management workshops and classes are available for individuals, business or groups.  Workshops can be customized for your needs.  Sessions for individuals are focused on the needs of each client.

                         Stress Management

 

The Stress Management Program is full of tools to help you become more resilient and gain better self-esteem.  You will learn how to change the thoughts and beliefs that hold you back.  Become skilled at recognizing how your thoughts affect your emotions and how those same emotions then affect your body, senses and health.

We will teach you ways to utilize yourmuscles of courage and confidence in all of your relationships, including your relationship with yourself.
