This adult class is our unique yoga experience that combines ball yoga, traditional yoga poses, and pilates. The end of a traditional yoga class ends with a creative visualization. This class has been created to make the student more flexible in body and mind.  When you stretch the muscles you break up the connective tissue that forms across the long fibers of the muscles. There is a saying in the practice of yoga that says, "you are as old as your spine."  Yoga is designed to elongate and maintain the health of the spine. As you practice the poses you will see your vitality grow. You feel better because the built up toxins that cause stiffness in the joints are flushed out as oxygen and nutrient-rich blood flows through your body. Poses help your digestion, increase your circulation, improve your concentration while it boosts your immune system.

The balls make the class fun, as you create better balance and practice different breathing techniques.

Some of the pilates movements create a stronger core, toning your muscles and making you firmer.

The visualization at the end of the class makes you move into a deep sense of relaxation, refreshing and recharging your body, mind and spirit!

This class is held on Wednesday morning at 10 a.m.--11 a.m. and Tuesday evening at 5:15 p.m.  The cost is $25 for 4 sessions or $50 for 10 sessions.
