The program offered at Sky Blue Dreams can be designed for specific groups in a four-week class, or individual private sessions. As the client progresses through the program, they will receive a total-relaxation CD to reinforce the information they will receive.
The Anger Management program covers a diverse course of ideas, including how our thoughts affect the way we feel and act, setting goals for stress reduction, the role of emotions and conflict resolution, among others.
In this program we deal with discovering what your triggers are and how to diffuse them. Learn ways to reduce stress and manage anger. This is accomplished through different techniques such as self-insight, breathwork and by learning self-hypnosis.
