Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. We are hypnotized everyday by what we see, feel and hear. Our mind is divided into the conscious mind [10%]which is logical, makes judgements and gives orders, and the subconscious mind [90%], where we analyze every fact and event and decide if it matches our belief and expectations. Our subconscious contains all our emotions, beliefs, thoughts, feelings, anger, hurts and fears. This wonderful, loyal subconscious takes care of running the body systems, but it also creates and maintains habits. If you want to change a habit you need to speak to the subconscious. Hypnosis is a safe and effective media where you will be aware of everything. You have the ability to pull yourself out of hypnosis whenever you wish. We would like to share a comparison study by the American Health Magazine. They documented the following rates of success:
Psychoanalysis- 600 sessions 38%
Behavior Therapy- 22 sessions 72% Hypnosis- 6 sessions 93%
