Start the New Year right!  Don’t break that Resolution!

Qigong Practice         1^st  and  3^rd  Sundays of each month     At Sky Blue Dreams
            Yes, that includes January 1^st   New Year’s Day.   Live up to those resolutions!

Mondays will be YOGA Days at Sky Blue Dreams
            Jane is planning at least two classes,  one at 9AM  and one at 6 PM.  If there is enough interest, additional classes will be added.  Call (608) 586-5225  to let us know you’re interested.

 

New  Stress Management or Weight Management classes will begin again in January at Lake Delton on Tuesday evenings, and on Saturday mornings here in Oxford at Sky Blue Dreams.   More information on times will be sent in December.  Do something just for yourself by learning to be the best you can be, and enjoy your life more.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday   February 5^th, 6^th, and 7^th.   Master Gregory Antyuhin be at Sky Blue Dreams again to offer a workshop on energy medicine, chakras, self-healing and spiritual meditation on Sunday from 9 AM to 5:30.   Cost for the workshop is $150
            He will offer individual readings for clients on the 6^th and 7^th.  Cost for first-time clients is $225.  For returning clients, the cost ranges from $125-$175.
            Cost for the workshop is $150.
            Gregory Antuyuhin was a Medical Doctor in Russia who trained at the State Institute of Stavopol. He was head of the Grand Medical Center in Pyatigorsk, Russia before relocating to the United States. Dubbed "Dr. X-Ray" by the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) in London, he uses his unique skills as an Energy Visioneer to discern the condition of the etheric body, which allows identification of the origins of many physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic stressors.  He has participated in studies at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Arizona.  He has written three books: “How to be Healthy and Live a Long Life”, “Journey Towards Transformation”, and “Shaman Without a Drum”.
            Gregory is not licensed and does not practice medicine in the United States. Outside of Russia, he serves as a Master Energy Visioneer and Etheric Healer. All services are to be used in conjunction with and as a complement to your physician's recommendations.

Hypnosis Certification  begins

This class is held one weekend each month.  This certification class will provide you with the understanding of hypnosis, its uses, and the practical applications it provides.  Upon completion of the class you will be a certified hypnotist, and a member of the largest hypnosis association, the National Guild of Hypnotists.
