The National Wellness Conference was held in Stevens Point in July. 
We had a booth there this year to provide information about our current programs, and offer the new programs we will have ready for nurses, teachers, dentists, and companies who wish to add more wellness opportunities f or their employees. 

We met so many people from all over the country as well as a number from other countries.  The speakers were great and we learned a lot.  We're actually still processing some of it.

We're extended the Stop-smoking special to run through September.    You can become a non-smoker and we will help you do it.   If you're not looking forward to smoking outdoors when the weather turns, our private, individual stop-smoking sessions are offered at a discounted rate of $45 per session instead of the regular rate of $60. The sessions are approximately an hour.  It includes a CD and ways to deal with the triggers which cause you to smoke.   Become healthier .  Your only problem will be deciding what to do with all the extra money. Quitting a two-pack a day habit could save you over $5,000.00 a year.

Those who attended Rowena's Essential Oils class were all impressed.  She gave everyone lots of information on the uses, and we hope she'll be able to repeat it soon for those of you who missed it.

September Class Schedule

Just a reminder that we will be starting classes at the Lake Delton Clinic in September.  Their construction is nearly done so we'll be able to bring you information to get healthy, control your weight, learn to de-stress, and have some fun in the process.

We've heard from some former attendees that there is sometimes so much to process that we're going to try something a bit different this time.  Instead of a 4-week Weight Management class, followed then by a 4-week Stress Management class, we're going to present them on alternate  Wednesdays.

   September 8th-  Weight Management   6 - 7:30 PM   4 Weeks

   September 15th - Stress Management   6 - 7:30 PM   4 Weeks

These classes will be new.  New approach and new perspectives.  If you have any questions, as always, call or email us for more details.  We're printing up the plans now, and will have them here on the website in the next few days.

You can sign up for one class for $80.   If you would like to take both of them, the cost will be $140.
