The two emotions related to stress are ANGER and FEAR. In this program we deal with realizing what your triggers are and how to diffuse them. Learn ways to reduce stress and manage anger. This is accomplished through several different techniques such as self-insight, breathwork and by learning self-hypnosis.
Anger Management may be presented either through private, individual sessions or as a 4-week class situation.
This highly effective program is especially suggested where stress is a daily occurrence.
Anger Management
The program offered at Sky Blue Dreams can be designed for specific groups or individuals. As the client progresses through the program, they will receive a total-relaxation CD to reinforce the information they will receive.
The Anger Management program covers a diverse course of ideas, including how the thoughts affect the way we feel and act, setting goals for stress reduction, the role of emotions and conflict resolution, among others.
